ePods: Grocery E-Commerce
Maven Infotech Team helped New Zealand based client to develop online E-Commerce Grocery website which allows customers to subscribe, select their require pods and will receive those Pods every week/month. Application has four components and approach to sale Grocery like PODs/Bundles of products, products, monthly subscription and standard purchasing.
Objective:
System to be made to help customers to subscribe on monthly/weekly payments subscription plan and receive their required Grocery products every month or week without any regular follow-ups. The customer receives their subscribed Pods, Products on a weekly/monthly basis.
Maven Infotech team has developed the ePods Web application that has an efficient dashboard to manage all the shipping, orders, recurring payments, customer support, deliveries, discount coupons, Tickets, products, and pods management. Other advance features like Delivery Management, Printing Labels, Barcode, Subscription plans for customers, and advance search options to keep track of products, orders, and reports.
Features/Functionality of the application:
- Admin panel to manage the Pods, Products, Customers, Payments, Deliveries.
- Customer Panel: To manage their own subscribed Pods, view payments and deliveries
- Operator Panel: Manage Deliveries, Tickets
