A US-based client approached Maven Infotech to develop a user relationship management app with six different user levels of management, including admin, company, manager, HR manager, and so on. The concept of the system was that it should function in a way that the lower level user, i.e., HR-admin, can upload documents, and the flow goes across all levels, i.e., from low to high, and all the users at different levels can download the file shared by the lower level.
Also, it should allow users at all levels to either accept the shared document or request a view with comments for a particular document shared and can start the similar process again when required.
The main thing was a sign and approval from the admin with a DocuSign eSignature API. With every approval of documents, the signature will be recorded into the DocuSign Click API.
The objective while developing user relationship management was to ensure that the system functions well across all six levels of users. At the same time, the system should streamline from the top to bottom tier of management, along with the facility of reviewing documents and signing them.
We at Maven Infotech clearly understood the client’s requirement and planned a strategy that would benefit the business. We aimed to develop an error-free and secure recording DocuSign eSignature from streamlining the flow of documents to the recording of the signature by the last admin of the user.
Our solution was to assemble a team of developers to code and develop the API that signature can easily do with just one click. We leverage the functionality of the e-signature API and click API so that any document can be read by the management personnel’s signature easily and recorded without getting struck.

Admins across all levels can easily manage companies’ complaints, and companies can manage their users. The admin will receive the documents in the uploaded file with eSignature. All the accepted and approved documents will be recorded to the click API. Admin can cross-check with unique id generated by the system, which presents at both ends of API and system.
